We aim to respond to any complaint or feedback from customers within 48 hours, should a complaint take longer to investigate then customers will be notified.

Credit Card Security

Once the payment is made, we only receive a token to enable us to charge your card when goods are despatched. Your card details are not stored at any point.

Postage & Delivery

All New Zealand orders include postage and delivery.

Tax Charges
